This 15th-century architectural landmark blends historic heritage with modern comfort. Bella Parquet restored the original artistic parquet and installed new oak and ash flooring in the hotel’s new wings.

The historic parquet was carefully sanded and finished with hard-wax oils to restore its natural beauty. In the new areas, we installed classic oak and ash parquet designed to match the building’s historic character.

This residence, built in 1912 on Lidingo Island, has been restored in a classic modern style. The centerpiece of the project is the parquet flooring created by Bella Parquet.

An artistic oak parquet with a modular square pattern was installed throughout the interior, adding rhythm and depth to the space. The flooring becomes an integral part of the interior, creating a balanced and elegant atmosphere.

In this seaside residence in Kurzeme, Bella Parquet created a unified parquet flooring concept connecting three spaces.

The design combines classic herringbone parquet with a decorative geometric pattern in the central area. The flooring is crafted from locally sourced oak, creating a warm and balanced interior.
